It is of great concern, the notion of learning to "learn" is slowly and systematically being removed from public education.

Many new educational philosophers who claim to be "experts" in the field of education profess to be looking at education from "outside" the box. They are removing teachers' subjectiveness from grading scales, finding ways to make subjectiveness, objective, under the guise of accountability, and essentially standardizing the way public education is delivered to the point of "education in a can."

I submit to you, the reader to think about what these alleged experts are doing for our education system. This "canned" approach towards education will stifle higher levels of learning and create a cookie-cutter, mediocratic society.

Get involved in the education of your children! SPEAK UP! If you do not...the "square" wheel of public education shall continue.
