Directions:

The purpose of this questionnaire is to determine what people who are using or thinking about using various programs are concerned about at various times during the innovation adoption process. The items were developed from typical responses of school and college teachers who ranged from no knowledge at all about various programs to many years experience in using them. Therefore, a good part of the items on this questionnaire many appear to be of little relevance or irrelevant to you at this time. For the completely irrelevant item, please choose "0" on the scale. Other items will represent the concern you do have, in varying degrees of intensity, and should be marked higher on the scale.
